About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Education Support Specialist, Lifelong Learning to join our dedicated team at The Smith Family. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young Australians who face educational challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries from families, volunteers, and staff via various communication channels.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on customer interactions, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Support the development of strategies to enhance the family experience, gathering feedback and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for proactive support, leveraging technology to empower families.
What You Will Bring
  • A proven track record of customer-facing experience, preferably in a contact centre setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • A high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in database management and other relevant software.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
