About the role of Test Manager at Pyramid Global Technologies

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Test Manager to lead our testing efforts and ensure the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute test scripts to validate software functionality
  • Record testing outcomes and report on testing progress in JIRA, tracking daily progress and participating in stand-ups
  • Perform functional, SIT, and UAT testing to identify defects and ensure software quality
  • Develop and maintain test plans and reports to document testing activities and results
  • Verify defect fixes in production and prepare for and run UAT and production implementation verification testing as required
  • Establish and execute regression test suites to ensure software stability
  • Provide regular progress updates to the IM and collaborate with business stakeholders
  • Utilize tools such as Jira, Python, JMeter, and Selenium to support testing activities

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
  • Experience with testing tools and technologies, including Jira, Python, JMeter, and Selenium
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
