About the Role

We are seeking a Catering Team Member to join our team at George Mockler in Mona Vale. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high quality food and providing exceptional dining services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals for residents, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Provide a positive and welcoming dining experience for residents, responding to their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Able to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies, with a strong commitment to safety and injury prevention.
