Hearing Care Expert

We are seeking a skilled Client Care Professional to join our team in Canberra.
Job Summary- Welcome and manage client experiences for optimal outcomes
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
- Provide administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
- Manage day-to-day operations of clinics, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage clinic phone line and shared email inbox
- Billing clients correctly and taking payments
- Learn and use various software and applications
- Deliver exceptional client service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Effectively communicate with clients, clinicians, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration
- Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
- Great communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and energy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Able to work autonomously and effectively within a team
- Focused on results and best possible outcomes
