Room Attendant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Room Attendant. This key role involves contributing to delivering exceptional experiences for guests by providing high-quality service with efficiency and care.

About the Role:
  • Deliver timely, effective, and efficient customer service that meets both guest needs and corporate standards.
  • Address customer queries and complaints with tact, escalating issues and providing regular feedback to supervisors.
  • Clean and service rooms, apartments, corridors, balconies, and pantries to the highest standards; update room status via phone or other communication channels.
  • Handle guest belongings with care while working in rooms.
  • Report all lost and found items to security or relevant authorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in a housekeeping function is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues.
