About the RoleThe Digital Marketing Manager – Design will lead the creation of engaging communications targeting The Big End of Town, leveraging design and UX expertise, brand guidelines, self-service solutions, digital channels, and communication requirements.
This role works in conjunction with Institutional Marketing stakeholders to elevate our visual identity, customer interactions, and speed to market across all channels.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and create visual assets for various marketing executions, paid and owned, sometimes partnering with external agencies.
- Drive design self-service capabilities for the Marketing team and stakeholders to enable speed and scalability.
- Manage and create digital assets and templates for brand requirements.
- Survey trends and identify opportunities for new content to support our propositions, such as infographics and animations.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team on journey mapping, creative development, testing, interpreting results, and creating artefacts to tell the story.
- Optimize and translate existing content into new channels.
- Support other digital marketing activities.
- Extensive experience in digital or communications, including visual design of communication assets.
- Experience with Adobe design products, Canva, or similar graphic programs.
- Knowledge of digital channels and how to maximize execution, innovation, and delivery of digital experiences.
- Experience in creative development and production.
- Working within brand guidelines and extending them to new use cases.
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strategic capability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to explore and make recommendations that deliver results.
