Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of bartenders to deliver exceptional drinks and culinary experiences.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the events team to create memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in all aspects of bar operations.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate outstanding leadership and communication skills.
  • Possess experience in a senior bartender capacity at a luxury or 5-star establishment.
  • Show a strong passion for and knowledge of food, wine, cocktails & beer.
  • Exhibit excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
