At Camperagent RV Centre, we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Insurance Assistant to join our team.

This full-time role provides warranty and insurance assistance to caravan and motorhome customers, working closely with our service team to ensure seamless administration and exceptional customer service.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage warranty and insurance administration tasks efficiently
    • Process invoices and maintain accurate data records
    • Provide excellent customer service via calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
    • Perform reception duties and assist the service coordinator with daily tasks effectively
    • Assist with parts ordering and inventory management in a timely manner

For success in this role, you will possess:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide top-notch customer service
  • Previous experience in a caravan dealership or insurance environment is preferred but not necessary
  • Able to multitask efficiently and maintain attention to detail
  • Effective teamwork skills to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a similar role or relevant industry knowledge is desirable, but not essential.
