Back to School Casual Assistant Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic casual sales assistants to join our team for the busy Back to School period. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find their perfect fit.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with top brands like Nike, Adidas, Brooks, Hoka, Asics, New Balance, ON Running, and more.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and help customers find their perfect fit
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock
  • Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep
Requirements:
  • Availability from mid-November to mid-February, specifically weekends, late nights, and public holidays
  • Customer service experience preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrate a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle
  • Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
