Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail teams.

This role involves providing excellent customer service and sales support, managing cash transactions, processing identity services transactions, promoting products and services, and assisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Managing cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Processing identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews
  • Promoting our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling
  • Assisting with administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance
