Senior Leadership Role
">This is a senior management position within the HomeCare Team, responsible for policy development, process improvement, and system implementation to ensure efficiency and quality.
">The successful candidate will oversee rosters for all clients, including agency staffing providers, and provide clinical, personal care, and domestic staff to fill those rosters.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Manage policies and processes to enhance service delivery and employee experience.">
- Oversee rostering and staffing to meet client needs and business requirements.">
- Develop and implement systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.">
Requirements:
">- ">
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse Division 1 with current registration required and community nursing and management experience.">
- Experience: Preferably with working experience in Department of Veteran Affairs, Private, and Government funded care; recent experience in a senior leadership role involved with customer service and staff management.">
- Skills: Demonstrates leadership through self-motivation and motivating others, highly developed problem-solving skills, and a strong cognitive and analytic approach to decision-making.">
