We are seeking a compassionate and caring professional to join our team as a Home Care Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in your community.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing person-centred care and support to people in their own homes. As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.

You will also be required to provide social support and companionship to clients, including accompanying them on outings and engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a non-judgmental attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian Federal Police Clearance
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable, registered and insured vehicle
  • Smartphone with internet access
