As a Customer Field Technician with NBN Co, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our network. Your primary responsibilities will include installation, repair, and maintenance of NBN products and services, as well as providing technical support to customers.

A Bit About Your Role

As a Field Service Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for:

  • Installing and configuring NBN equipment and services
  • Repairing and maintaining NBN cabling networks and equipment
  • Providing technical support to customers and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
