We offer a competitive salary package of $81K - $122,000 per annum, inclusive of superannuation, phone, laptop, and reimbursement for work-related expenses. You'll also enjoy flexible working arrangements, including full-time or part-time options (minimum 3 days/week).

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Psychologist to join our community support team. As a Psychologist - Community Support Specialist, you'll work with individuals on the autism spectrum, developing tailored support strategies that enhance their capabilities and promote meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement functional goals-based plans in partnership with participants and their families/support networks
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic support services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to Aspect's quality standards

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology (Master's or Doctoral degree)
  • Fully registered with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel across your local community
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance and Working with Children Check for paid employment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in a similar role preferred
