Job Summary:

Datacom is seeking a highly skilled Assurance and Compliance Specialist to support the delivery of a comprehensive Risk, Assurance and Compliance (RAC) program. The successful candidate will translate industry standards and controls into practical programs to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and address compliance risks through proactive assessment of processes, controls, and data to identify potential weaknesses and ensure compliance.
  • Work with service line leaders to conduct gap analyses and develop mitigation plans/actions to pinpoint potential issues before they escalate.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to determine and track progress of plans/actions ensuring quality processes interface effectively with other processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Government standards and controls to develop and adhere to the respective Security assurance activities.
  • Monitor and track delivery of services against relevant quality standards, develop corrective action planning to address non-conformance to quality standards.
  • Escalate issues as required to management for risk management purposes.
  • Delivery of all relevant contracted articles to Government Lead Agency's on an ongoing basis.
  • Drive ongoing improvement and innovation through an ongoing program with the customer and delivery teams to identify and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Implement a principle-driven health and safety culture that cares for employees and ensures their safety in line with Datacom policy.
