The Client Services Coordinator role involves working with the industry leaders to achieve a vision. This includes providing authoritative reviews, detailed comparisons, and innovative commerce solutions.

The job requires assessing inventory and creating insertion orders during the pre-sales phase. This involves managing, delegating, and overseeing campaign implementation across various teams.

Key responsibilities include acting as a liaison between sales teams, ad operations, and clients. Campaign assets must be managed and promptly addressed requests from clients.

The coordinator will provide regular forecasting, reporting, and analysis throughout the campaign lifecycle. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a good understanding of PowerPoint and Excel.

A solid grasp of digital media and client/media agency relationships is also required. The ability to manage multiple projects with high quality and attention to detail is crucial.

Ad technologies like Google Ad Manager and Salesforce are desirable, but not necessary. Experience in planning and organizing tasks to meet deadlines is also important.
