Job Description

A store person is responsible for managing goods receivable, deliveries and inventories in a timely, efficient and safe manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Stock Management: Manage stock levels, process pick and pack orders, and ensure accurate inventory control.
  • Delivery Driver: Safely operate the HR truck for on-farm deliveries, adhering to road safety guidelines.
  • Goods Receipt and Dispatch: Efficiently receive and dispatch goods, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Control: Regularly check and maintain accurate inventory levels, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Safety Processes: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to established safety protocols and procedures.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring that goods are properly secured and dispatched.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Proven experience in a team support role in a busy environment.
  • Farming Passion: A genuine passion for Australian farming and agriculture is essential.
  • Proactive Approach: Demonstrate a proactive approach to work and possess practical organisational skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail is crucial for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Verbal Communications: Effective verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Hold a full driver's licence and fork lift ticket, with an HR licence preferred.
