Job Role Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sleep Apnea Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our clinic, providing consultancy services to patients, and advising on OSA issues as a CPAP consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide consultancy services to patients on OSA issues as a CPAP consultant
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the clinic
  • Carry out diagnostic set-ups on-site as and when required
  • Follow up Home Based Sleep Study patients after report has been sent to GP/Physician
  • Attend weekly clinical meetings to discuss new and current cases
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in a sales/customer service capacity role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated drive to work in a retail environment with a sales-focused reward outcome
  • Possess customer service or front-line support experience in a team leader capacity
