We are seeking highly skilled nurses to assume key roles in patient care at a leading healthcare facility.
This is a dynamic position that requires you to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans in collaboration with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and contribute to comprehensive care plans that promote positive health outcomes.
- Mentor and support newer team members and contribute to professional development within the team.
- Adhere to best practice standards and industry core values (Collaboration, Openness, Respect, Empowerment).
- A current AHPRA registration.
- A Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Up-to-date vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
- The right to work in Australia at the time of application.
