Home Support Worker

As a valued member of our team, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes, promoting their independence and overall well-being.
- Deliver high-quality home care services, ensuring the health and safety of clients.
- BUILD meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Support clients with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support (or equivalent).
- Current Australian driver's license (green provisional minimum).
- A reliable vehicle for work purposes.
- Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Confidence in passing probity checks.
