Key Roles

We are seeking a seasoned manager to oversee our data analytics and platform infrastructure teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading engineering teams, mentoring engineers, and driving architectural decisions.

  1. Lead high-performing teams of backend and frontend engineers responsible for capturing, enriching, exposing, and connecting user behavior and system telemetry.
  2. Partner with product, data, and infra teams to ensure accurate, scalable, and easy-to-use systems.
  3. Embed privacy-by-design principles into our tracking architecture.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience in leading engineering teams focused on data platforms and backend infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, event processing, or analytics pipelines.
  • Ability to coach engineers across both frontend and backend, and guide architecture decisions.
  • Passion for empowering others to make data-informed decisions through reliable and accurate data.
  • Clear, concise communication skills – explaining technical decisions, guiding the team, or aligning with stakeholders.
