Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Anytime Fitness Cabramatta City.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our members and leading your team to success. You will have a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations and guide them through their health and fitness journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating genuine relationships with existing and potential members
• Structuring your day to ensure you achieve monthly KPI's with the help of your team
• Proactively seeking out and generating new leads
• Creating a fun, upbeat, and welcoming gym that your members will call their second home
• Promotion of the club within the local community
• Maintaining the cleanliness and 5-star appearance of the club
• Ad-hoc administration tasks, phone calls, etc.
• Being present and creative on our social media platforms

Requirements:

• Competent at using social media to drive the club's exposure
• Demonstrate true leadership and can work under limited supervision
• Management and sales experience, decision-making abilities
• Willingness to learn and tackle obstacles with a solutions-based approach
• Natural leader and enjoy guiding a team to success
• A bright and positive personality
