The Opportunity

As a skilled nurse, you will have the time to build strong relationships through being the familiar face our residents rely upon.

Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive care that enriches daily life for each resident
  • Manage care plans that support residents' holistic needs, providing respectful, tailored support that empowers their choices and independence
  • Ensure safe medication and accurately document medication plans, interventions and progress notes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
  • Current AHPRA registration (Nursing)
  • Ability to quickly build knowledge of AN-ACC funding system attributes
  • Experience providing nursing services, whether in aged care, hospitals or community care settings
