As a key player in the design and implementation of network infrastructure, you will be responsible for deploying complex networks across multiple global data centers. This includes scaling the network to meet the demands of various AWS services, including Amazon Retail Service, Kindle, and Payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy network infrastructure that meets the standards of our organization.
  • Scale the network across multiple global data centers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement efficient deployment processes to increase velocity and quality of delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to bring designs and solutions from concept to production.
  • Establish and maintain network standards to ensure consistency and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell.
  • Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals and routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, and R&S.
