Reservations Officer Role Overview

This position offers a 12-month paid placement with our Reservations Team—perfect for someone exploring a future in Christian missions and looking to see what life in a programme is really like.

You'll experience missions from the inside—answering phones, booking flights, helping passengers, loading aircraft, and learning what it takes to keep our mission moving. You'll work alongside passionate pilots and staff, and make a real difference every single day.

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with flight bookings and freight enquiries.
  • Issue quotes and keep customers informed of changes and delays.
  • Help pilots with check-in, baggage, and loading/unloading aircraft.
  • Process payments, purchase orders, and invoices.

Placement details include:

  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Accommodation and daily transport provided by your host location.
  • You'll need to cover your own flights, food, insurance & essentials.
