Event Producer Responsibilities

Produce and lead the delivery of production and operations for a wide range of major public events in accordance with an agreed event brief, strategic direction, project management framework, and desired outcomes for the event.

  1. Generate innovative ideas and insights to enhance production, programming, strategic planning, and overall vision for the events and festivals program.
  2. Utilise a project management framework to ensure all aspects of an event are well managed and key deliverables are achieved.

Collaborate with team members to develop event-specific marketing and communications briefs including liaison with other areas within the City Engagement & Experience Directorate.
