Parts Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our parts and workshop team, you will be responsible for sourcing required parts for customers, picking and receiving parts, updating computer records, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and ordering parts for customers
- Picking, receiving, and invoicing parts
- Updating computer records and processing sales orders
- Assisting the parts team with duties as required
- Providing customers with accurate product information and pricing details
- Assisting with front counter and workshop backcounter duties
Requirements:
- Experience working in parts sales or a similar role
- Strong customer focus and negotiation skills
- Able to promote and upsell products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Excellent customer service skills with effective communication both written and verbally
- Manual driver's license and forklift license preferred
- Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
