About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of multiple projects across our Infrastructure division in NSW.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead a team of Project Managers, providing expert technical advice, managing project and team performance, and driving successful project outcomes across multiple projects.

Projects will range from cycleways, overpasses, underpasses, pedestrian footpaths, to multilane highways and associated road and highway upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Project Managers to deliver multiple projects across the Infrastructure division
  • Provide expert technical advice and guidance to project teams
  • Manage project and team performance to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Drive innovation and exceptional solutions for clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in a similar industry
  • Strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
