The Early Childhood Education Centre seeks an accomplished educator to deliver engaging educational programs for young children. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent, with previous experience working in an early education and care service under the National Quality Framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement comprehensive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and promote a supportive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless program delivery and high-quality care
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and implement best practices in early childhood education
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent as approved by ACECQA
  • Previous experience working in an early education and care service under the National Quality Framework
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Focus on supporting families and promoting positive relationships
  • Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork
  • Professional presentation
  • Highly organised
  • A current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID012) or be willing to obtain
  • NSW Working with Children Check

The successful applicant will be committed Christians, active in their own church and required to provide a Working with Children Check Number.
