Senior Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to fill a key role in our administration team. As the first point of contact for families and visitors, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in QikKids and possess knowledge of payroll administration. Previous experience working in the early childhood sector is desirable but not essential.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for both families and visitors at the centre.
- Assisting with Time Target payroll processes.
- Managing QikKids daily processes, including marketing daily rolls.
- Collating weekly utilisation reports such as debt and weekly transaction listings.
- Processing new centre enrolments.
- Managing the online waiting list for new enquiries.
- Ordering resources and consumables for the centre.
- Assisting with compliance documents for the service.
