Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the implementation of competency frameworks, policies, procedures, and systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to Field Assessors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to apply competency frameworks effectively
  • Manage the induction process for new Field Assessors, including competency records and internal development programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build understanding of competency frameworks and processes across the business
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of competency frameworks, governance processes, and principles of effective assessment. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to complete within 12 months) is also required.
