Optimize Supply Chain Performance

Become a key player in our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business by driving supply chain excellence.

The Role:

We are seeking a strategic Supply & Demand Planner to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts over a rolling 6-month horizon, leveraging historical data, market trends, and business insights.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to integrate promotions, new product launches, and seasonal trends into the forecast.

Manage and optimize inventory replenishment, minimizing excess inventory and obsolescence while maintaining high stock availability.

Establish effective supply plans that align with demand forecasts, supplier lead times, and distribution constraints.

Monitor and enhance supplier performance, inventory KPIs, and forecast accuracy, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.

Propose and support initiatives to streamline the supply chain, enhance stock availability, and optimize inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and business insights.
  2. Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Operations teams to integrate promotions, new product launches, and seasonal trends into the forecast.
  3. Manage and optimize inventory replenishment to minimize excess inventory and obsolescence.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Demand Forecasting and Inventory Planning in a large, fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
  • Proficiency in Business Central, SAP, or other ERP systems, as well as advanced Supply Chain Planning tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in inventory management and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
