We are seeking a skilled Gaming Attendant to join our team at Highways in Springvale. As the face of our gaming floor, you will ensure our customers have an enjoyable experience and support the team to maintain compliance requirements.

Highways is a family-friendly venue located in the heart of suburban south-east Melbourne, offering a relaxed atmosphere and a range of dining options. Our team is committed to providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

As a Gaming Attendant, your duties will include:

  • Providing customer service to all guests, answering questions and assisting with gaming-related issues.
  • Monitoring gaming activities to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Maintaining the gaming room to the highest standard.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
  • A current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
  • A current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
