Job Overview

We are seeking individuals to undertake assessments over the phone or face-to-face, refer cases to case managers, and provide community guidance when required. Key criteria include:

  • Certificate III in Community Services or similar experience
  • Valid driver's license and working with children check
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in administrative systems and computer literacy
  • Effective interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
