We are seeking a seasoned Staff Software Engineer to join our team in a key role.

About the Job

The Staff Software Engineer will be responsible for leading the development of high-performance payment applications using Java and Spring Boot. This individual will oversee the implementation of fault-tolerant and self-healing payment systems, ensuring seamless execution of thousands of transactions per second.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop comprehensive automated testing suites for payment microservices.
  • Implement event-driven payment architectures using Java-based message processing and streaming solutions.
  • Establish coding standards and best practices for payment system development.
  • Design, develop, and manage platform solutions spanning on-prem and multi-cloud environments.
  • Lead CI/CD pipeline development and optimization.
  • Automate operational tasks using scripting languages.
  • Integrate observability tools to enhance system visibility and reliability.
Requirements
  • Expert-level Java development skills with extensive hands-on experience building enterprise-grade applications.
  • Advanced Spring Boot and Spring ecosystem expertise.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing microservices architectures from scratch.
  • Deep expertise in Java concurrency and multithreading.
  • Strong proficiency in Java testing frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with resilience libraries and AI-powered development tools.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in AWS, CI/CD tooling, and scripting for automation.
  • A deep understanding of observability practices and tools.
