Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisory professional to join our team as a Banquet Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff, ensuring seamless execution of banquet events, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.

  • Lead by example and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and departments to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Inspect and maintain banquet areas, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup of furniture and equipment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience in a food and beverage or hospitality environment.
  • Knowledge of banquet operations, including set-up, service, and breakdown.
