">Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Customer Service Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors to our village, you will provide exceptional assistance and services to all customers and the wider community.

You will be responsible for providing a warm and supportive environment for our residents, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.

This is a part-time position, working 16 hours per week. You will be required to work every Saturday and Sunday, 08:00 - 16:30.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $28.47 + Superannuation + penalty rates for nights and weekends.

Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive on-boarding program, ongoing support and mentoring from clinical educators, as well as subsidised access to local gyms and fitness centres.
