About this role
As the first point of contact for our Members and visitors to the Club, the main objective is to deliver exceptional service and ensure a positive experience at every interaction.

The club environment is spectacular, with flexible working hours and access to the gym. This opportunity suits someone who is studying, re-entering the workforce or starting their career in service.

This diverse role requires understanding and keeping up-to-date with everything happening in the Club at any given time. Key skills include excellent communication and presentation, being adaptable, flexible and a team player, able to juggle priorities and think on your feet.

Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Courteous and friendly manner
  • Exceptional personal presentation
  • Interest in the health and fitness industry
  • Vibrant and outgoing individual
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Personal drive to provide high customer service and satisfaction
  • Highly developed customer relations skills
  • Ability to master required software applications
  • Capacity to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Able to build rapport with members and internal staff
