We are currently looking for experienced and passionate Care Aides to join our team. Our goal is to provide exceptional care and support to our clients, enhancing and encouraging participation in their own care to maintain their independence.

The successful candidate will have a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, with at least 3 months of relevant experience. They will be required to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app.

Key responsibilities include personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, toileting etc., and other support such as medication assistance, meal preparation, domestic assistance/general housekeeping tasks and social support in the community.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also be required to hold a valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition.

Servicing the following suburbs: Balcatta, Carine, Gwelup, Innaloo, Karrinyup, Marmion, North Beach, Sorrento, Trigg, Waterman's Bay

About you:
- Aged Care qualification is highly desirable, although not essential.
- Relevant experience in home care/community setting is highly desirable.
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app, will be essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills are essential.
- Align to COVID-19 vaccination policy which requires evidence of vaccination against COVID-19, or evidence of an authorised medical exemption.
