We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Coordinator to oversee the development and implementation of high-quality childcare programs for children outside of school hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective childcare programs, ensuring the best possible experience for all children.
- Collaborate with educators to ensure seamless delivery of services, promoting excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accurately maintain records and reports as required, supporting data-driven decision making.
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or related field, such as diploma or degree in ECE.
- Proven experience in childcare coordination, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the role.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, enabling collaboration and achievement of shared goals.
