About this role:

  • You will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement engaging play-based learning programs that cater to individual needs and interests.
  • Support the ongoing development of children by providing guidance and feedback to ensure they reach their full potential.

Key requirements:

  • Certificate III in Children's Services or higher
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Learning Year Framework (ELYF)
  • Current Working with Childrens Check (WWCC)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
