About the Opportunity:
A leading engineering consultancy specializing in project estimating, planning, and risk analysis is seeking a skilled Senior Rail Estimator to join their Brisbane-based team.
You'll collaborate with industry leaders on high-profile rail infrastructure projects, working in a supportive environment with modern office facilities and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the QLD Rail Director and receive ongoing support.
- Create accurate and comprehensive estimates using First Principles methodology for complex rail infrastructure projects.
- Work closely with the Rail Lead to develop a strong pipeline of current and future projects.
- Contribute to the division's success and growth by providing expert estimation services.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess proven expertise in preparing estimates for large-scale rail infrastructure projects, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Possess a proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
- Demonstrate a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Be able to lead multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to the company's success.
