  • Prepare, review, and report on budgets and forecasts for the Group, including variance analysis and insightful commentary.
  • Ensure annual budgets are prepared in conjunction with the CFO, including operating and capital expenditure budgets.
  • Assure accurate and timely financial planning, reporting, analysis, and cost/risk management.
  • Contribute to end-of-month processes through hands-on participation in accounting tasks, coordinating inputs from others, and creating informative financial reports with commentary.
  • Maintain monitoring and control of operating costs to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure high standards of control and integrity over budgets, transactions, assets, and systems.
  • Identify business unit efficiency, effectiveness, profitability, and contribution.

Requirements

  • CA/CPA qualified with Big 4 or Mid-Tier experience.
  • Proven experience in preparing corporate financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Exceptional communicator with high-level analytical, influencing, and organisational skills.
  • Able to be both highly hands-on and strategic.
