Role Overview

The Gawler Health Service seeks an experienced Emergency Medicine Specialist to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to provide medical services in the Emergency Department, while also leading and training clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive emergency care to patients
  • Lead the clinical team and facilitate quality improvement processes
  • Teach and train medical officers on relevant programs
  • Contribute to continuing education programs within the ED

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent
  • Registrable with the Medical Board of Australia as a Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration in Emergency Medicine (FACEM)
  • Proven experience in clinical emergency medicine
