About the Role

As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for running the daily operations of our enthusiastic and dedicated team. You will use your prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team daily, with the assistance of a dedicated Regional Manager to understand the customer's needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Train and coach team members to provide personalized service and expert fitting guidance
  • Complete a comprehensive 12-week training program to become BRA-FIT certified
  • Learn the Bendon approach and interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during, and after a fitting
  • Excel in achieving operational functions, including merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock, and exceeding KPIs
