Program Leader Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to lead our After School Care (OSHC) program.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about designing and delivering engaging programs that spark curiosity, creativity, and joy in children.

  • Create and implement exciting educational programs for children
  • Oversee attendance and bookings to ensure the safety of all children
  • Guide and support educators to enhance their roles and confidence
  • BUILD strong relationships with families and the school to create a connected care environment

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working in an Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) setting
  • Current Child Protection Training Certificate
  • Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
  • Valid NSW Working With Children Check
