Fitness Class Leader

Are you passionate about leading group fitness classes and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at Goodlife Health Clubs.
Job Description- Deliver engaging and accessible group fitness classes to members of all ages and skill levels.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of members by maintaining a clean and organized studio environment and adhering to established protocols.
- Maintain consistent delivery of class formats, while continually improving and updating content to keep classes fresh and exciting for members.
- Maximize class attendance through high-level execution, effective communication, and exceptional customer service.
- Work collaboratively with other instructors, staff members, and management to promote a positive and supportive team culture.
- GEL Certification or Cert III (or higher) in Fitness is required.
- Registration with Fitness Australia is essential.
- First Aid and CPR certifications are mandatory.
- Industry-recognised qualification in your field of practice is highly desirable.
- Ability to engage with and motivate members through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
