We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our HR operations in Australia. The role requires overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Australian Fair Work legislation, WHS requirements, and other relevant labour regulations. Additionally, the successful candidate will lead and mentor the HR team to deliver high-quality services and foster a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of Australian labour laws, Fair Work Act, WHS legislation, and modern awards is essential.
