Job Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to individuals with mental health conditions, fostering a sense of trust and understanding.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and help them access community resources and services.
  • Monitor and report on client progress and behavior, ensuring seamless collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Educate clients on healthy habits, promote self-awareness, and encourage them to take an active role in their recovery journey.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to confidentiality and privacy regulations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a mental health support role.
  • Certification in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
