Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in aged care or related field
  • Relevant competencies, including HLTHPS006 – Assist Clients with Medication and CHCCCS031 – Provide Individualised Support
  • A current driver's license, comprehensively insured vehicle, first aid and CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
